I am a psychological counselor working from an Integrative approach based mainly on Acceptance and Commitment therapy and techniques based on behavioral sciences and neuroscience, selecting the most appropriate for each particular client.
I support people in their difficulties and life challenges, trying together to build a satisfying and meaningful life, by increasing their self-knowledge, acquiring tools to better manage obstacles and engaging in actions that contribute to their overall happiness.
I have trained and worked as a psychotherapist and licensed clinical psychologist, assisting people with diverse problems such as stress, anxiety and mood dysregulation, self-esteem and attachment issues.
I am a psychological counselor and a professional coach (ICF) living in Zurich (Switzerland).
I was born and raised in Argentina where I worked as a clinical psychologist and private psychotherapist. After several professional experiences in my country, specially working with anxiety, depression and other disorders, I had to emigrate to Spain, then to Germany and now to Switzerland, circumstances that allowed me to develop a deeper self-knowledge, learn from adversity and rebuilt my life...the life that I choose to live.
